Service Description
This is an opportunity to explore a different form of meditation with the same results of empty mind and inner peace from your home. While traditional meditations brings you into your mind. Active meditations brings you into your body. Using movement, breath and unwinding techniques we’ll connect intimately with our bodies, clearing all stagnate energy to connect us with the present moment. Active meditations help to quiet the mind and move from the head into your energetic power centers heart and belly for grounding and connection with once center. E 60 min meditation is designed to bring you out of your mind into the body. Each 60-minute meditation session will begin with activity and physical movements such as shaking, dancing, sound, breathing, etc. to move and release build up energy. Then you move into relaxation and stillness. The meditation will be recorded for guidance in your daily routine. Important Recommendation: It is suggested to dedicate 60 minutes everyday to see the full benefits of the meditation practices. No previous experience is required for OSHO Active Meditations. Only motivation and commitment. Details: When: Every Sunday @ morning EST (time TBD) Duration: 90 minutes session once a week (15 min explanation, 60 min active meditation, 15 min sharing + Q&A for clarifications) Platform: Zoom Financial Contribution: $55 US *The above contribution is for a duration of 30 days and will take care of 5 Sunday’s.
